Alice is a Co-Managing Partner of Black, Bashor & Porsch, LLP.  She joined the firm in 1986 after graduating from Clarion University and earned her CPA designation in 1991.  Alice specializes in financial statement preparation, tax and financial planning, with a concentration in the areas of medical and professional practices, estates, retail, as well as business consulting, and succession planning.  She is a member of both the AICPA and the PICPA and has served on the Board of Directors, Mercer Unit, of the American Cancer Society, as a member of the Planning Division Committee and Budget Panel of the United Way of Mercer County, and in various officer positions for the Northwest Chapter of PIPCA.
